Foundation Park is a state-of-the-art research facility located in Alachua, Florida. The 43,833 square foot facility is conveniently located next to the UF Innovate Sid Martin Biotech Incubator and Progress Park. Foundation Park is entitled to approximately 160,000 square feet, with Phase 1 being the first of four proposed buildings. The facility boasts moveable casework in the labs, and all offices are designed in a manner that allows simple configuration. This allows room for growth and advancement for tenants. The Phase 1 building is situated on 3.94 acres fronting US HWY 441 directly beside the Santa Fe College Perry Center for Technology. With the shell being completed in 2016, extensive investments have been made to accommodate the research community within the building. Currently, AGTC, UF Biotility, and AavantiBio call Foundation Park home.
